How does Uk-Clinic work?
A. UK-Clinic offers
an on-line consultation with a fully qualified UK doctor, who is
able to diagnose and suggest treatments for a range of problems including

Current treatments

You will be required
to complete a confidential consultation from which will be reviewed by
an experienced doctor, who will provide a diagnosis of the problem.
In the event of a
successful diagnosis, a range of possible treatments will be recommended,
which can be obtained via UK-Clinic
Once a treatment
is chosen, UK-Clinic will arrange for a prescription to be issued, and
your chosen medication, to be sent to you via overnight delivery, from
a registered UK Pharmacy.

How long does this process take?
A. For Consultation
forms submitted during working hours of Monday-Friday (9am - 3pm)
Generally a diagnosis
will be made within the hour, and an e-mail will be sent to you with the
results of that diagnosis, and a link to our ordering process, for you
to obtain your medication by next day delivery.
B. For Consultation
forms submitted outside of normal working hours, including evenings and
weekends.
A diagnosis will
be made during the next working day, and an e-mail will be sent to you

Do I have to go through this process for a repeat prescription?
No. Once you
have been successfully diagnosed, you will receive a unique user name
and password, with which you will be able to request a repeat prescription
instantly. You will also be given the opportunity to update you medical
information if this has changed since your initial diagnosis.

I am used to going online and simply "Ordering" my medication...
why has this changed?
Due to a tightening
of regulations by the UK Government, any site offering prescription medication
